CLC BLOCKS

Foam Concrete is also known as "Cellular Lightweight Concrete", "CLC", "Foamed Cement", and "Lightweight Concrete" across the world, offering significant advantages for over 5 years.

The basic foam concrete is made by mixing aqueous foam, produced from generators (IFG), into a slurry of cement, fly ash or sand, water, and other additives. This precise mixing in a foam concrete mixer (IFM) ensures accurate mixing without disturbing the original chemical and physical properties of the components.

The final mixture results in many small air cells uniformly distributed throughout the concrete. This creates a cellular structural material with densities ranging from 300 kg/m³ to 1800 kg/m³ and compressive strengths between 5 kg/cm² and 200 kg/cm².
